Terms & Conditions
- All bookings must be made by the 3.00pm on the Friday of each week for courses starting on the following Monday or Tuesday. For weekend courses or requests after 3.00pm, please telephone 020 7421 6180.
- RST reserve the right to refuse any bookings should the maximum number for each course be exceeded. Individuals or groups will be offered alternative dates or immediate refunds.
- For Security Courses, individuals are required to bring a 'Picture ID' (Passport or Driving Licence) and 2 other proofs of ID.
- RST reserve the right to remove or refuse any student to attend any course should they in any way prove unsuitable, or fail to meet the code of conduct for all students.
- Unless otherwise stated, all fees must be paid before the commencement of all courses and should be deemed non returnable upon the start of each course.
- All students must inform RST within 5 working days for a full refund or rescheduling of dates.
- All students will receive confirmation of attendance and course details by email, unless otherwise requested.
