Management Team

Our Management Team is drawn from a wide range of experienced individuals in the fields of Security & Safety provision. Key expertise includes Risk Management, Consultancy, Security Training, Operations as well as Business Management & Administration. We utilise directly employed staff as well as associate trainers and consultants from backgrounds as diverse as the metropolitan police, the armed forces, the royal military police, the security industry and corporate business managers.

We are committed to delivering the objectives of our business in Security Training, Consultancy and Risk Management, in the reduction of Crime and the Consequences of Criminality for the individual, companies and organisations.

BRIAN HILTON - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Brian Hilton founded the Company in 2003 after 8 years in the Operational Security Field. Brian's experience is in International Marketing & Business, which has helped him develop the many new ideas and concepts adopted by the RST Group. Brian is also Co Founder of Mo Teague's Hard Target, a branded and well known Self Defence programme and has worked as a Risk Management Consultant in the Caribbean.

PAULA MILBURN - CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR

Paula has spent most of her working life in the Security Industry and is responsible for ensuring that all our clients receive the very best support and services from the Company. She has worked for several of the countries largest security groups, in roles ranging from PA to the Managing Director to Director of Customer Services.

JOHN WILKINSON - DIRECTOR OF TRAINING

John has been involved as a senior manager in the Security Industry for the best part of 25 years, after spells in the military and civil police forces. His role during this period has been mainly Training & Development, in Vocational & Specialist areas, where he holds qualifications with City & Guilds, Skills for Training, Edexcel, NOCN and the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. John has overall responsibility for Quality Management and Course Development.

LEE MARDGHUM - GROUP TRAINING MANAGER

Lee is our Group Training Manager and Head of Close Protection Training / Operations. Born in the North East, Lee was brought up from an early age in South Africa and served in both the Military & South African Police Forces as well as a Paramedic. Lee continued his professional career in Security as a Close Protection Officer and worked in several of the most prestigious teams at Government Level as well as assignments around the globe. He has been able to bring his vast experience to the classroom and the operational field as our senior instructor.

TONY CLARK - TRAINING DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Tony served in the British Army for 13 years after which he joined the Private Security Industry, working in both the Corporate and Construction sectors. After a successful period working with some of the largest Security Organisations, Tony progressed in to the Training & Development area of the business, assisting companies and individuals meet the skills and compliance laid down by the newly created Security Industry Authority. Tony has delivered many accredited and non accredited courses, including License to Practice, First Aid and Explosives and has since moved on to deliver the Groups Vocational Training Programme, which has included working with organisations such as the British Museum.

EDDIE UNDERDOWN - CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

After successful periods in the Navy, Banking and Corporate Sales, Eddie joined us in 2008 as our Client Services Manager, looking after our many individuals and organisations that we deal with on a regular basis. Nearly all our clients have got to know Eddie better than anyone as he has overall responsibility for all 'bookings' and general enquiries.

ALAN CAIN - ASSOCIATE TRAINER

Al Cain is Security Trainer & Chief Instructor, with over 24 years experience in Martial Arts & Close Quarter Combat. He is a Black Belt in Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Jiu-Jitsu and Sambo and a Master Instructor under Scientific Fighting Congress founder W.Hock Hochheim. He is a licensed Close Protection Officer and Security Consultant, who has managed a variety of high profile Government Contracts in London.

CHAS - CP OPERATIONS / TRAINING

Chas is Ex Special Forces, having enjoyed a distinguished career which took him around the world. He maintained his career in Security as a Security Consultant and Close Protection Officer and latterly in the Training Dept. He runs our European Training Centre in the South of France as well as being joint Operations Manager of our Close Protection Unit.
