Mystery Shopper
Mystery shopper is provided to test ‘honesty’ and ‘quality control’ issues; however its uses may be wide and varied. Our staff may adopt many roles from ‘test purchaser’ to ‘hotel guest’ to report on the quality of customer service and accuracy of financial transactions.
All our staff are trained in discreet observational skills and will provide detailed written reports after each assignment.
