In today's uncertain world, the Safety and Security of your Staff is our priority. Not only are we working with the Security Industry to bring a basic level of accredited training for Security Staff, but we are entering partnerships to develop this further in areas such as Community Warden, Event Security and CCTV monitoring.

As well as Security Training many front line or lone workers face serious safety issues on a daily basis. We offer a range of 'Personal Safety' and 'Conflict Resolution' courses to identify and deal with these risks.

The consequences of employing unsuitable or 'bogus' staff can be far reaching, yet few businesses take the simple precautions necessary. RST can provide screening and vetting up to BS7858 standards to eliminate criminal, illegal and unsuitable staffing.

Security means Safety with the adoption of safe working practices. RST offer a range of accredited and bespoke training courses including Health & Safety, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling and COSHH. These elements represent a different yet essential aspect of Security.

On occasions, a business or organisation will require special Security arrangements or Services. This may include the need for Close Protection, Observation, Investigations, 'Mystery Shopper' or Professional Driving. All of these Services can be provided through our network of qualified instructors and operatives, many directly trained through the Police and Armed Forces.
